摘    要:目的:掌握“十五”期间湖南省血吸虫病疫情流行现状及变化趋势,为制订防治策略和规划提供科学依据。方法:在全省不同流行程度疫区建立20个疫情纵向观察点,对螺情、居民病情、牛感染情况进行监测。结果:20个观察点粪检6563人,感染率为8.15%;764头牛,感染率为10.99%。活螺平均密切 垸内为0.0100-3.228 8只/框,垸外为1.444 3只/框。感染螺平均密度垸外为0.005 1只/框,未查到感染性钉螺。结论:我省疫区居民血吸虫感染率仍处在较高的水平,牛仍是主要传染源,湖区垸外感染威胁仍十分严重。

Abstract:Objective To understand the endemic situation and trend of schistosomiasis in Hunan Province during the State Tenth Five Year Plan of China. Methods Twenty longitudinal pilots were set up and the snail status, resident and cattle infections were monitored. Results There were 6563 people examined by stool tests and the infection rate was 8.15%; 764 cattle tested and the infection rate 10.99%. The mean densities of living snails were 0.0100-3.2268/0.1 m 2 inside embankment and 1.4443/0.1 m 2 outside embankment respectively. The mean density of infected snails was 0.0051/0.1 m 2 outside embankment and no infected snail was found inside embankment. Conclusion The resident infection rate still maintains relatively high. Cattle is the main transmission resource, and there is high risk of getting infections outside embankment.
