液基薄层细胞学在宫颈疾病人群中普查作用浅析

目的:探讨液基薄层细胞学在人群宫颈疾病中普查作用。方法:回顾2 500例体检病人及8 000例门诊病人液基薄层细胞学诊断及活检结果,对照以往采用巴氏细胞学检测同类人群宫颈细胞学检测的结果。结果:液基薄层细胞学在体检和门诊检出上皮病变例数分别占总例数的9.20%(230例)和15.70%(1 256例)。两者感染例数占总例数的4.84%(121例)和5.70%(456例)。活检后,体检病人,1988~1997年体检病人、门诊病人阳性例数分别为72例、2例和609例,分别占2.88%、0.03%和7.61%%。结论:液基薄层细胞学技术及TBS分级标准能提高体检人群宫颈疾病的检出率,也能填补以往巴氏五级分类缺少对感染疾病诊断的不足。在经济条件允许的情况下,应积极开展液基薄层细胞学技术对宫颈疾病进行普查。

Analysis the effect of liquid-based cytology on normal people's pap smear

Objective:To evaluate the function of liquid-based cytology using in normal people's pap smear.Methods:Reviewed cytology and biopsy results of 2500 normal persons and 8 000 patients in outpatient,compared to the passed results of the same population.Results:The liquid-based cytology positive incidences of normal persons and outpatients was respectively 9.20%(230 cases) and 14.78%(1 256 cases).The infection incidences of them was respectively 4.84%(121 cases) and 5.70%(456 cases).After biopsy,positive incidences of normal persons,normal patients in 1988~1997 and out patients were respectively 72 cases,2 cases and 609 cases;with the incidence was respectively 2.88%,0.03% and 7.61%.Conclusion:Liquid-based cytology and TBS not only can improve the positive incidences of the cervical disease,but also can give infection diagnosis.It is important for us to use them in normal people's pap Smear.
