| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人肺炎克雷伯杆菌肺炎早期诊断及治疗。方法对2000年1月-2006年6月60岁以上住院的老年人肺炎克雷伯杆菌肺炎68例进行回顾性分析。结果患者多见于男性，临床表现以发热、咳嗽、咳痰多见，所有病例均有多种合并症。肺炎克雷伯杆菌对抗生素具有多重耐药性。结论肺炎克雷伯杆菌肺炎临床表现无特殊性，及时做细菌学检查，是提高早期诊断及治疗的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the early diagnosis of treatment of patients with pneumonia due to KlebsieUa pneumoniae infection. Methods Retrospective analysis of 68 hospitalized senile patients with pneumonia due to KlebsieUa pneumoniae infection during January 2000 and June 2006 was made. Results Most of the infections occurred to male patients mainly with the manifestations of fever, cough, sputum. Complications were noticed in all patients. Muhidrug resistance to antibiotics were also noticed. Conclusion No typical clinical features were observed in patients with Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia. Early diagnosis is key for effectively treatment of the patients. |
