| 摘 要： | 作者研制的脉波监测型非侵入式心脏起搏器为恒流输出,最大140mA,脉宽40ms,频率60～210ppm,有脉波监测功能。应用于50例非心脏病人,全部起搏,除2例外均可耐受起搏刺激。起搏阈值电流平均50.2±17.4mA。30例心脏病人试用本机并与丹麦 DMS—750机比较,全部起搏成功,均可耐受,两机起搏的阈值几乎一样。结果表明,本机是实施心内膜起搏前有效的临时起搏器。

| Abstract: | A PNP—2 pulse monitoring noninvasive pacemaker was designed and built.With pulse frequency 60～210 bpm and pulse width 40ms,PNP—2 gived constant current output up to 140mA.Besides,it was capable of monitoring arterial pulse for confirming pacing effect.After ob- taining oral consent,50 patients without organic heart diseases were tested with PNP-2.Very good responses of ECG and arterial pulse to the pacing stimuli from PNP—2 were observed in all patients.The mean threshold of pacing current was 50.2±17.4mA.PNP—2 was in use on 30 cardiac patients in another hosiptal and was compared with Demark DMS—750.All patients were successfully paced.The mean thresholds of pacing current of each machine were almost the same (50.5±15mA VS 50.8±11mA).The results showed that as a useful equipment in emergency services,the PNP—2 could be an effective temporary pacemaker before transvenous endocardial pacing. |
