| 摘 要： | 目的：采用氨基酸分析仪同时测定肝氨散中L-缬氨酸、L-异亮氨酸和L-亮氨酸三种氨基酸的含量。方法；采用氨基酸分析仪进行测定。结果：三种氨基酸的回收率分别为100．2％，100．2％和100．5％，R5D分别为1．01％、O．85％和O．79％(n-9)。结论：该方法操作简单，重复性好，可以作为该制剂的质控方法。 |

| Abstract: | Object: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of L-valine, L-isoleucine and L-leucine in Gan An San. Methods: Aamino acid analyzer was used for determination. Results:The average recoveries of L-valine, L- isoleucine and L-leucine were 100.2%, 100.2% and 100.5%, respectively. The RSD were 1.01%, 0.85% and 0.79% (n=9) , respectively.Conclusion: The method was easily operative and accuracy and can be applied for quality control. |
