大叶蛇葡萄抗高血压有效部位筛选实验研究

摘    要:目的以急性肾动脉型高血压大鼠动物模型,筛选大叶蛇葡萄抗高血压有效部位。方法大鼠造模后,分别经十二指肠插管给予大叶蛇葡萄各部位药液,观察并记录各组的血压变化情况。结果乙酸乙酯部位组给药后,血压在1h内缓缓下降至正常范围,与空白对照组具有特别显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论大叶蛇葡萄抗高血压的有效部位是乙酸乙酯部位。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Acute-kidney-artery hypertensive model rats were used to study on the anti-hypertension function of differently extracted the parts.METHODS Model rats that have been made were given emulsion of differently extracted the parts of Ahpclopig Mega lophgl,then observe and record the changes in blood pressure.RESULTS Blood pressure of model rats that were given the ethyl acetate extracts fell to normal range gradually,and have statistically significant difference with the control group.CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate extracts have the obvious anti-hypertension function.
