| 摘 要： | 目的分离纯化芙蓉李中的总多糖并建立其含量测定方法。方法采用水提醇沉法从芙蓉李果实中提取多糖，用大孔吸附树脂、Sevag法等技术纯化多糖，采用纸色谱法鉴别多糖中单糖的种类；以多糖含量为指标，苯酚-硫酸法为测定方法，采用正交试验法优选最佳测定条件。结果芙蓉李粗多糖提纯物中多糖平均含量为50．86％，苯酚和硫酸的用量、反应温度等对含量测定结果有显著影响，而反应时间的影响较小，方法平均回收率为99．38％，RSD为1．61％（n=6）。结论首次从芙蓉李中提取得到粗多糖；所建立的含量测定方法准确、可靠，可作为其质量控制的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To isolate,purify the total polysaccharides and to establish a method for assay of polysaccharides in Furong plum.Methods Polysaccharides were extracted from Furong plum by water extraction-alcohol-precipitation method,purified by macroporous adsorption resin and Sevag method ,monosaccharides in polysaccharides of Furong plum were identified by paper chromatography.
