认知治疗对精神分裂症患者自知力的影响

目的：探讨认知疗法对精神分裂症患者自知力的影响。方法：将精神分裂症１００例随机分成药物治疗（药物组）５１例，药物加认知治疗（联全组）４９例，分别于入院时和出院时进行简明精神病评定量表（ＢＰＲＳ）和自知力与治疗态度问卷表（ＩＴＡＱ）测定。结果：ＢＰＲＳ在两之间无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。ＩＴＡＱ在入院时两组无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５），但出院时联合组得分药物组，有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论认

Effect of cognitive therapy on insight and treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients

Objective:To study the effect of cognitive therapy on insight and treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients. Method:100 inpatients with diagnosis of schizophrenia were randomly assigned into the drug therapy only group and combined drug and cognitive therapy group. The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and Insight Treatment Attitude Questionnaire (ITAQ) were administered on admission as inpatients and at discharge. Results:The two treatment groups showed no significant difference in BPRS showed on admission and at discharge. The combined drug and cognitive therapy group, scored significantly higher in ITAQ than the drug only group though showed no significant difference with latter on admission. Cnclusion:Cognitive therapy is effective in improving the insight of schizophrenic patients.
