| 摘 要： | 目的：研究增殖细胞核抗原（简称PCNA）及Bcl-2在胃癌中的表达，探索PCNA，Bcl-2同胃癌预后的关系及对临床的意义。方法：用免疫组化S－P法，结果：PCNA和Bcl-2在胃癌中的表达与癌细胞的分化程度，浸润深度及肿瘤分期有关，与淋巴结转移的相关性不明显。结论：PCNA，Bcl-2的过量表达说明胃癌细胞增殖活跃。检测PCNA和Bcl-2更有助于了解胃癌的生物学行为及预测患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma and to assess the relationship between PCNA,Bcl-2 and prognosis of gastric carcinoma .Methods We used S-P Immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma has relationship with malignant degree,invasive depth and clinical stage of carcinoma cell.It has no relationship with lymph node metastasis. Conclusions Over-expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 suggested that gastric cacinoma cells proliferated actively, the recognization of PCNA and Bcl-2 may help us to know the biological deed of gastric cacinoma and predict the prognosis of patients. |
