原发性骨质疏松症患者中轴骨IL—6，bFGF的免疫组化

目的：了解白细胞介素6(IL-6)，碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF)在原发笥骨质疏松症患者中轴骨中的细胞定位，表达强度及其与骨密度MD）的关系。方法：采用原发性骨质疏松症患者和正常人腰椎椎板近关节突部松质骨组织切片，以IL－6，bFGF单克隆抗抗体进行免疫组化研究。结果：骨质疏松组骨组织中成骨细胞，骨髓基质细胞bFGF染色浅淡，IL－6染色阳性，较对照组染色深，且IL－6阳性细胞数随BMD减低而增多，对照组上述细胞IL－6染色浅谈，bFGF染色阳性，bFGF阳性细胞数随BMD增高而增多，两组骨细胞bFGF,IL-6染色均阴性，结论：IL－6，bFGF作为调节骨代谢的肽类生长因子在骨质疏松的发病机制中起一定作用。

Immunohistochemistry Study of IL-6 and bFGF on Axial Bone in Primary Osteoporosis Cases

Objective: To investigate IL-6,bFGF expression,location and the relationship with variation of BMD(bone mineral density).Methods:Cancellus bone chips were taken from the axial bone of POP(primary osteoporosis) and control during operation.Slides were made and stained with IL-6,bFGF monoclonal antibody.Results:Osteoblasts,stromal cells are strongly positive to IL-6 in POP,with the decreasing BMD,the staining is stronger,but bFGF staining is weak or negative.,Cells mentioned above are positive to bFGF in control,but IL-6 staining is weak.Osteocytes are negative to IL-6 or bFGF.Conclustion:IL-6,bFGF can adjust the remolding of bone and contribute to the mechanism of osteoporosis.
