| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同方法治疗骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。方法1：09例骨质疏松性下胸段和腰椎（T10-L5）的稳定性骨折的住院患者中,西药组39例、活血组33例、补肾活血组37例,分别运用密盖息、伤科接骨片和伤科接骨片加密骨胶囊治疗,随访3月,观察不同治疗方法的临床疗效。结果：加用密骨胶囊的补肾活血法治疗能有效地加速老年骨质疏松性骨折的愈合时间,减缓患者的疼痛;但是密钙息在减缓患者的疼痛方面更具有明显优势。结论：在治疗老年患者的骨质疏松性骨折时,应该根据实际情况辨证论治,勘审虚实,灵活运用早、中、晚三期治疗骨折的“三期辨证”。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of different therapies of Chinese medicine for osteoporotic fracture.Methods:109 patients with stable osteoporotic fraction were randomly assigned to receive Salmon Calcitonin,"Shangke Jiegu Tablet",or "Shangke Jiegu Tablet" plus "Migu Capsule",and were followed up for three months.The efficacy was observed.Results:"Migu Capsule" decreased the healing duration of osteoporotic fracture in senile patients,and also relieved their pain in which Salmon Calcitonin was superior.Conclusion:In treating senile patient with osteoporotic fraction,it is suggested to differentiate syndromes,distinguish asthenia and sthenia,and use "three phase-syndrome differentiation". |
