P16和Ezrin在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

目的 检测P16和Ezrin在正常宫颈组织(NCE)、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和宫颈鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达和意义.方法 收集NCE9例,CIN40例,(其中CINⅠ级10例、CINⅡ级15例、CINⅢ级15例)SCC28例,采用免疫组化SP法检测P16、Ezrin在NCE、CIN及SCC中的表达状态.结果 在NCE、CIN和SCC组中P16的阳性表达率分别为11.1 ％(1/9)、67.5％(27/40)和89.3％(25/28),CSS与CIN、CIN与NCE相比其差异均有显著性(P＜0.01)；Ezrin在NCE、CIN和SCC组中的阳性表达率分别为22.2％(2/9)、65％(26/40)和96.4％(27/28),SCC与CIN、CIN与NCE相比其差异均有显著性(P＜0.01).结论 P16蛋白和Ezrin蛋白在NCE、CIN和SCC组织中的阳性表达呈现明显增加,联合检测P16和Ezrin,可能作为SCC的早期诊断、判断恶性潜能及肿瘤进展的指标.

Expression and significance of P16 and ezrin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

【Objective】 To investigate the expression and the significance of P16 and Ezrin in normal cervical epithelium(NCE),cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).【Methods】 We collected 9 cases of NCE,40 cases of CIN including 10 cases of CINI,15 cases of CINII,15 cases of CINIII,and 28 cases of SCC.The expression of P16 and Ezrin in NCE,CIN and SCC were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry.【Results】 The positive rates of P16 in SCC,CIN and NCE groups were 11.1%(1/9),67.5%(27/40) and 89.3%(25/28) respectively.There was statistical significance between the expression of P16 in NCE and CIN,also in CIN and SCC(P <0.01).The positive rates of Ezrin in SCC,CIN and NCE groups were 22.2%(2/9),65%(26/40) and 96.4%(27/28) respectively.Differences have statistical significance among NCE,CIN and SCC(P <0.01).【Conclusion】 The expression of P16 protein and Ezrin protein in NCE,CIN and SCC tissues have shown significant increase,so the combined detection of P16 and Ezrin might become early indicators for evaluating the malignant potential and progression of SCC.
