摘    要:目的:研究微波辅助提取甘薯叶中多糖的优化工艺。方法:以甘薯叶提取液中粗多糖得率为考察指标,通过单因素和正交实验优选出最佳提取条件。结果:采用微波辅助提取甘薯叶中多糖,通过试验确定其优化提取工艺为:液固比60,提取时间20 min,微波功率600 W。此优化条件下甘薯叶中多糖的得率可达9.51%。结论:优选出的微波辅助提取条件可迅速高效的提取甘薯叶中多糖。

Abstract:Objective: To study the microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides in sweet potato leaves.Method: The extraction rate of polysaccharides as the index,the optimal extraction process was screened by the single factor test and orthogonal design.Result: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: water amount of 60 times,extraction time of 20 min and the microwave power of 600 W.The extraction rate of polysaccharides was up to 9.51% under the conditions.Conclusion: The microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides in sweet potato leaves is convenient.
