骨痹效灵汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

目的:观察骨痹效灵汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将48例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机均分治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用骨痹效灵汤治疗,对照组采用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,观察并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗后,在疗效方面,治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组为62.50%,治疗组和对照组的差异有显著性意义(P0.05);在治疗前后疼痛和关节功能障碍症状的评分中,治疗组优于两对照组,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:痹效灵汤对膝骨关节炎的治疗效果俱佳,能够缓解关节疼痛,修复并改善软骨组织结构。

Clinical research on treating KOA with the Gubi Xiaoling decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the GuBi Xiaoling decoction in ttreating KOA.Methods:50 cases of KOA were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were given the GuBi Xiaoling decoction orally;and the control group were treated with Xianling Gubao capsule,compared the clinical curative effect and score of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,control group were 62.50%,the difference between the treatment group and control group was significant(P<0.05);In ratings,the treatment group was better than control group,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the GuBi Xiaoling decoction in treating KOA was good,it can alleviate joint pain,repair and improve cartilage tissue structure.
