清肺通腑汤灌肠辅助治疗医院获得性肺炎临床观察

目的观察清肺通腑汤灌肠辅助治疗医院获得性肺炎(HAP)辨证属肺热腑实证的临床疗效及对C-反应蛋白的影响。方法将入选病例120例随机分为治疗组、对照组和空白组各40例。空白组仅予单纯西医治疗;对照组和治疗组在空白组基础上分别给予清肺化痰汤口服和清肺通腑汤灌肠治疗。各组疗程均为10d。结果治疗组疗效优于其他各组;各组治疗后C-反应蛋白均降低,治疗组均降低最为明显。结论清肺通腑汤灌肠辅助治疗HAP肺热腑实证有较好的疗效。

Clinical Observation The Qingfeitongfu Decoction Auxiliary Treatment of Hospital Acquired Pneumonia

Objective: to observe the Qingfeitongfu Decoction auxiliary treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia lung heat setting empirical clinical curative effect and the influence of protein C-reaction.Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group,control group and the blank group,and every group had 40 patients.Blank group for pure western medicine treatment group;the control group and treatment group were Respectively given Qingfeithuatan Decoctio oral treatment and Qingfeitongfu Decoction retention enema treatment on the basis of the blank control group.Period of treatment are 10 days.Results: the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group;The treatment group after treatment C-reaction protein decreased obviously,and there were significant differences before therapy compared with the control group after treatment is also have significant difference.Conclusion: the Qingfeitongfu Decoction auxiliary treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia lung heat setting empirical has good effect.
