血府逐瘀汤加味治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌血瘀证临床疗效及血流变指标观察

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤加味治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌血瘀证的临床效果。方法:给予血府逐瘀汤加味治疗NSCLC患者80例。结果:观察组80例中,近期客观疗效显示,部分缓解33例,稳定41例,进展6例。总有效率41.25%(P0.05),同时显示观察组治疗后血浆黏度、红细胞变性指数及纤维蛋白原较治疗前显著降低(P0.01),患者生活质量得到提高。结论:血府逐瘀汤加味可明显改善NSCLC患者的血液高凝状态,改善血流变异常及微循环障碍的作用,促进肿瘤微循环的改善,增强抑瘤作用。

Clinical efficacy and observation of blood flow change indicators of treating NSCLC in mild and late stage with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of treating NSCLC in mild and late stage with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. Methods:80 cases of patients with NSCLC were given the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction for treatment. Results:The observation group of 80 cases in the recent objective response, partial remission in 33 cases, stable in 41 cases, progress in 6 cases. The total effective rate was 41.25% (P<0.05), also shows the observation group after treatment, plasma viscosity, red blood cell degeneration index and fibrinogen significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.01), patients with improved quality of life. Conclusion:The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can significantly improve the state of hypercoagulability in patients with NSCLC, improving the blood rheology abnormalities and microcirculation, promote the improvement of the tumor microcirculation, enhanced the inhibitory effect.
