双黄愈疮洗剂治疗感染性伤口的临床应用

目的:探讨双黄愈疮洗剂在感染性伤口治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取感染性伤口患者165例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在清洗创面后予双黄愈疮洗剂煎液外洗或浸泡;对照组予常规伤口换药,观察两组间愈合时间、换药次数等指标。结果:治疗组创面平均愈合时间为9.26d、换药次数为6.2次,而对照组分别为12.66d、换药12.2次,明显多于治疗组。结论:双黄愈疮洗剂能促进感染性伤口的愈合。

Clinical application of the Shuanghuang Yuchuang lotion in treating infected wounds

Objective:To investigate the value of the Shuanghuang Yuchuang lotion applicating in the treatment of infected wounds. Methods:165 patients with infected wounds were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, using Shuanghuang Yuchuang lotion in the treatment group to wash or soak the infectious wound after cleaning; control group was treated with conventional wound dressing, observing the healing time, the number of switches and indicators between the two groups. Results:The average wound healing time of the treatment group was 9.26 days, and the frequency of dressing change was 6.2 times, while the control group were 12.66 days and 12.2 times, it was more significant than that of the treatment group. Conclusion:The Shuanghuang Yuchuang lotion can be used to promote the healing of infected wounds.
