| 摘 要： | 目的:通过中药制剂联合促红素(EPO)治疗肾性贫血,观察此方法的治疗效果和不良反应。方法:随机将肾性贫血患者122例分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组62例采用自拟排毒生血方与促红素等联合治疗,对照组60例则仅用促红素等治疗。结果:治疗组患者的贫血等症状明显好于对照组患者,且透析人数少于对照组患者。结论:中药联合促红素治疗肾性贫血是十分有效的方法,能够改善肾性贫血患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objectives： United through Traditional Chinese Medicine EPO （EPO） treatment of renal anemia, the method to observe the effectiveness and adverse reactions. Method： Random to patients with renal anemia is divided into 122 eases of treatment group and control group, Treatment group, 62 cases of mining Chinese medicine formulations： Self - detoxification Shengxue side with EPO, such as combination therapy, the control group were only 60 eases of EPO, such as treatment. Results： Treatment group the patient＇s anemia and other symptoms significantly better than control group patients, and the number of dialysis patients is less than the control group. Conclusions ： United medicine EPO treatment of renal anemia are very effective in renal anemia can improve patients quality of life, worthy of clinical application. |
