化栓复元汤治疗脑梗塞288例临床观察

目的：观察化栓复元汤治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：选符合标准该病患者468例，随机分为治疗组288例，对照组180例。治疗组予化栓复元汤加减，对照组服用藻酸双酯钠等。治疗30天。结果：治疗组基本治愈114例，显效117例，好转51例，无效6例，总有效率为97．9％（95％CI=94．9％～99．1％）；对照组基本治愈30例，显效24例，好转48例，无效78例，总有效率为56．7％（95％CI=49．5％～63．9％）。两组综合疗效比较，有非常显著性差异（μ=10．1756，P=0．0000）；且两组总有效率的95％CI值不重叠；与对照组比较，可显著降低全血比黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白量（P〈0．001）。结论：化栓复元汤治疗脑梗塞疗效优于藻酸双酯钠等，其收益为OR=0．03（95％CI=0．01～0．07），NNT=2．4（95％CI=2．1～2．9）。

Observation on the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction with Huashuan Fuyuan Decoction (化栓复元汤),a Report of 288 Cases

To observe the effect of Huashuan Fuyuan Decoction(HFD) on cerebral infarction.Method:Four hundred and sixty-eight cases of cerebral infarction were selectied and divided randomly into two groups:the treatment group(288 cases) were treated with modified HFD and the control group(180 cases) were treated with propylene glycol alginate sodium sulfate(PSS).Result:In the treatment group,114 cases were cured,117 cases were excellence,51 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 97.9%.In the control group,30 cases were cured,24 cases were excellence,48 cases were effective,78 cases were infeective and the effective rate was 56.7%.The difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion:The treatment effect of HFD was better than PSS.
