| 摘 要： | 本研究采用乙酰胆碱酯酶组织化学技术,对人体臂丛神经根、干、股、束各断面进行了研究。结果表明:在臂丛根部,交感神经纤维呈偏心分布,感觉与运动神经纤维各占一方。至干、股部各类纤维呈混合排列。于臂丛束部,各类纤维仍混合排列,少量切片上可见或以肌支或以皮支代表束为主情况。为此,作者认为:臂丛的修复宜采用神经外膜法。

| Abstract: | The cross-sections of roots,trunks,divisions and cords of brachial plexu-ses were studied with AChE histoch-emistry on 4 sides of 2 fresh cadavers.The sympathetic nerve fibers show astrong positive reaction,the motorones represent a less positive reaction,and the sensory ones,a negative reac-tion.The motor and sensory nervefibers occupy each side of the root,while the sympethetic fibers are lo-cated eccentrically.these three kindsof nerve fibers are mixed up in thetrunks,the divisions and the cords. The results suggest that epineural su-ture should be performed in repairingthe brachial plexus. |
