浏阳市农村初中生自杀意念及危险因素分析

目的了解农村初中生自杀意念的发生率,探讨农村初中生自杀意念产生的社会心理因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,从浏阳市某乡级中学初中学生中随机抽取6个班共350人,采用一般情况问卷、自杀意念问卷和青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)进行调查。回收有效问卷337份。通过单因素和多因素回归模型,筛选出自杀意念的主要危险因素。结果浏阳市农村初中生终生自杀意念发生率为46.3%,1年内自杀意念发生率为16.9%,自杀意念现患率为3.9%,其主要影响因素为性别、年级、家庭成员之间关系和生活事件。结论自杀意念在农村初中生中发生率较高,女性多于男性,生活事件可能是导致自杀意念产生的重要原因。

Suicidal ideation and its psychosocial risk factors in junior high school students in rural areas of liuyang city

ObjectiveTo quantify the prevalence of suicidal ideation and to identify its possible psychosocial risk factors in junior high school students in Liuyang city. Methods350 junior high school students were investigated by stratified cluster sampling,with Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire and Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List (ASLEC). 337 valid questionnaires were returned.ResultsLifetime prevalence of suicidal ideation in junior high school students was 46.3%, one-year prevalence was 16.9% and point prevalence was 3.9%.The main factors associated with suicidal ideation were gender, grade, relationship among family members, and life events.ConclusionsThe prevalence of suicidal ideation in rural junior high school students is quite high, risk factors include female gender and life events.
