医院信息化建设的信息数据保密模型应用

近年来，东莞市卫生信息化建设水平稳步提升，但是，随着信息化的大规模普及，医院保密工作面临着前所未有的新情况、新问题、新挑战。基于信息化建设前提，讨论医院的信息数据保密问题。主要针对医院和医院外包公司这两主体进行分析，在合理假设下对其中掌握信息数据的人和外包公司医疗信息系统这两大影响因素的公式化，建立掌握信息数据人的保密模型和外包公司医疗信息系统的保密模型，然后据此综合应用，建立医院信息数据保密模型，再给出求解方法--等级打分法，并对模型进行优缺点分析，明确模型具有客观性、可操作性、多面性。最后，根据医院信息数据保密模型建立的分析过程，基于影响保密能力的因素给出了合理建议，并且展望各医院在日后能够更加重视信息数据保密，进行如何选择外包公司，如何简化信息流动方式等问题的研究。

Application of Information and Data Security Model of Hospital Informationization Construction

In recent years, health information construction level of our city rises steadily, but with the massive popularity of information, the hospital security faces the unprecedented new situation, new problems and new challenges. Based on the premise of information construction, the information and data security of hospital is discussed. It is mainly analyzed for hospital and outsourcing company of the hospital. Under reasonable assumptions, the influence factor of people mastering information and data and medical information system of outsourcing company are formulized. Security models are established for people mastering information and data and medical information system of the outsourcing company. And then on the basis of the comprehensive application, security model of hospital information and data is set up, and solving method-rank scoring method-is presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the model are analyzed. The model has the objectivity, operability and versatility of the model are defined. Finally, the analysis process is established according to the information and data security model of the hospital. Based on the factors influencing the ability to secure, reasonable suggestions are given. The hospitals shall pay more attention to information and data security in the future. How to choose the outsourcing company, how to simplify the way of information flow and other problems are studied.
