门诊医护人员心理健康及其应付方式

目的了解门诊医护人员的心理健康状况。方法以我国4所综合性大医院门诊的296名医护人员为研究对象，应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、应付方式问卷及自编一般情况问卷进行调查。结果通过对我国4所综合性大医院门诊的296名医护人员应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行调查，发现门诊医护人员的心理健康状况明显差于一般人群，主要在焦虑、敌对和抑郁等指标的分值较高，这些结果在应付方式问卷及自编一般情况问卷调查中也得到了反映。结论门诊医护人员不同从业时间的心理健康状况不同，应付方式不同，心理健康与诸多因素有关，应根据不同特点进行针对性的心理干预，减少心理问题的发生。

Analysis of mental health state of outpatient medical personnel

Objective To investigate the mental health condition of outpatient medical personnels. Methods We selected 296 outpatient medical workers, who come from four general hospitals in China. Their mental health conditions were evaluated with Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）, Coping styles Questionnaire and self-de- sign general living questionnaire survey. Results The data from SCL-90 revealed the less healthy mental conditions in the outpatient personnel with the higher scores in anxiety, hostility and depression. These findings were also i- dentified in the other questionnaire surveys. Conclusion The mental health varied in outpatient personnel with different times of being engaged and coping styles. Relevant psychological interventions targeting these factors should be taken to reduce the incidence of psychological problems.
