微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗肾结石的护理研究

目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗肾结石的护理措施及效果。方法回顾性分析2011年3月～2013年3月入院的60例肾结石患者的临床护理资料，所有患者均采取微创经皮肾穿刺取石术进行治疗，对应用该方式治疗的患者实施科学合理的护理措施。结果选取的60例肾结石患者微创经皮肾穿刺取石术顺利进行，手术成功58例（96．67％），在加以有效的综合护理措施后，患者进行手术时生命体征稳定，而且术中、术后无严重并发症发生。结论手术前后加强肾结石患者的心理护理，并做好术前的充分准备及术中的护理配合，有利于提高手术成功率。

Nursing research of minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture stone extraction for the treatment of kidney stones

Objective To investigate the nursing measures and the effects of minimally invasive percu- taneous renal puncture stone extraction in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods Clinical nursing data of 60 patients with kidney stones hospitalized from March 2011 to March 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All pa- tients were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture stone extraction and scientific and rea- sonable nursing measures were applied to patients with this treatment mode. Results Minimally invasive percu- taneous renal puncture stone extraction were performed smoothly in all 60 patients, of which 58 cases （96.67 % ） were treated successfully. Patients in surgery kept stable vital signs with effective and comprehensive nurs- ing measures and no serious complications occurred in intraoperative and postoperative periods. Conclusion Success rate of surgery can be improved by strengthening psychological nursing of patients with kidney stones be- fore and after operation, and making comprehensive preparation before the operation as well as the nursing coor- dination during the operation.
