四川省基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统应用效果评价指标体系及评价方法研究

2011-2012年，国家为推进医改，在国内西部地区10个省试点建设基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统，该项目的主要内容是各省建立统一的基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统。项目建设质量如何，应用效果如何，需要客观科学地评估建设效果。介绍了四川省该项目建设和实施效果的评价思路、评价指标、评分标准以及计算公式，主要从实施该项目的机构及制度、基础设施建设、系统安全、数据标准、业务软件功能覆盖、机构应用覆盖、人员培训八大类指标进行了评价。

Research on Management Information System Application Effect Evaluation Index System and Evaluation Method of Basic-level Medical and Health Institutions in Sichuan Province

From 2011 to 2012, the country promoted medical reform and constructed management information system of basic-level medical and health institutions in 10 provinces in western region of China. The project＆#39;s main content is the establishment of uniform management information system of basic-level medical and health institutions in the provinces. Construction quality and ation effect of this project have to be evaluated objectively and scientifically. The evaluation idea, evaluation index, scoring criteria and calculation formula for construction and implementation effect of the project in Sichuan Province are introduced. The indexes of organization and system implementing the project, infrastructure construction, system security, data standard, business software functions, agency application and personnel training are mainly evaluated.
