构建医嘱闭环管理之移动医疗工具选型研究

目的：解决医院推行移动医疗选择床旁移动工具的困惑，为医院进行床旁设备选型时提供参考依据。方法：对目前临床使用的主流产品手持设备PDA与移动推车进行了临床应用调查，并对使用范围、功能及利用率作了结果分析。结果：移动车的使用比例明显高于手持设备。而在床旁医嘱条码执行项目，更多的护士选择手持设备。PDA与移动推车在应用范围上各有所长。结论：移动车的优势明显。联合使用PDA与移动推车，取长补短，使临床应用效果达到最大化。构建闭环管理模式，降低医疗差错，提高临床医护质量。

The Research on Selection of Mobile Medical Devices to Establish Prescribed Closed-loop Management

Objective： Solve the confusion of choice on the mobile medical devices in hospital. Provide reference for the hospitals to implement mobile medical. Methods： Survey the clinical application of handheld devices PDA and mobile carts. Make the analysis on the use and function. Results： The mobile cart used in a proportion significantly higher than the handheld. Otherwise more nurses select handheld when perform barcode at the bedside. PDA and mobile carts have their own strengths in the range of application. Conclusion： Mobile carts have advantage. Joint use of the PDA and mobile carts can make satisfaction of clinical application. Meanwhile establish prescribed closed-loop management. Reduce medical errors and improve the quality of clinical medical and nursing.
