清开灵联合葡醛酸钠治疗病毒性乙型肝炎的临床研究

目的观察清开灵联合葡醛酸钠治疗病毒性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法随机将80例病毒性乙肝患者均分成2组,对照组每日1次静脉滴注清开灵注射液40 ml＋250 ml生理盐水,实验组除清开灵外,还每日1次静脉滴注葡醛酸钠0.532 g＋10%葡萄糖250ml,疗程均为30 d。结果治疗组总有效率72.5%,对照组50.0%;治疗组治疗后AST、ALT、TBIL活力均较对照组治疗后显著降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;症状体征明显改善。结论清开灵联合葡醛酸钠治疗病毒性乙型肝炎疗效稳定可靠,副作用少,有临床普及推广价值。

Clinical Studies on Hepatitis B Treated by Qingkailing and Sodium Glucuronate

Objective To observe the effects of Hepatitis B treated by Qingkailing and sodium glucuronate.Methods Eighty cases with Hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups（n=40）.Patients in the control group received 40 ml Qingkailing injection which were added in 250 ml physiological saline once a day.Besides Qingkailing injection,patients in the treatment group also received 0.532 g sodium glucuronate which were added in 250 ml 10% glucose solution once a day.The course of treatment in both groups were 30 d.Results Total effective rate were 72.5% and 50.0% in treatment group and control group,respectively.Compared with control group,the values of AST,ALT and TBI in treatment group declined significantly,symptom and signs had remarkably improved.Conclusion The effect of Hepatitis B treated by Qingkailing combined with sodium glucuronate were stable and reliable,and with less side-effect,and possessed of popularization and application value.
