通过优化药事执业环境减少药患纠纷的措施探讨

目的通过探讨优化药事执业环境的措施,为减少药患纠纷、提高患者满意度提供参考。方法通过分析本院门诊西药房在日常工作中容易发生药患纠纷的诱因及所采取的相应优化措施,并在日常药学服务工作中进行实践,总结取得的成效和存在的不足。结果经过多年实践探索和不断完善,本院门诊西药房在优化药事执业环境方面采取的一系列措施取得了一定的成效,提高了患者满意度。结论为提高药学服务质量,有效减少药患纠纷,医院门诊药房有必要想方设法采取措施优化药事执业环境。

Measures of Optimizing Environment of Pharmacy Practice and Reducing Disputes between Pharmacist and Patients

Objective To discuss the measures of optimizing environment of pharmacy practice,so as to provide references for the reduction of dispute between pharmacist and patient and to improve patients＇ satisfaction.Methods The causes of prone to disputes between pharmacists and patients and corresponding optimization measures in daily work in out-patient pharmacy in our hospital were analyzed.The achievements and shortcomings in the daily work of pharmaceutical practice were summarized.Results After many years of practice and improvement,the measures to optimize environment of pharmacy practice in out-patient pharmacy had obtained certain effect.The patients＇ satisfaction degree was greatly improved.Conclusion In order to improve the quality of pharmacy services and to reduce disputes between pharmacist and patients,it is necessary to take measures to optimize environment of pharmacy practice in out-patient pharmacy.
