摘    要:目的:通过螺旋CT扫描获取相关数据,建立成人股骨头坏死的三维有限元模型,为分析股骨头坏死后的力学改变及治疗方法的评价打下基础。方法:采用健康成人股骨上段为研究对象,应用螺旋CT扫描技术,获取股骨上段三维坐标,结合松质骨、皮质骨的材料特性参数,输入通用三维有限元分析软件ANSYS8.0中,建立正常成人股骨上段三维有限元模型,并在此基础上建立具有不同大小、方向、深浅坏死区的成人股骨头坏死模型。结果:建立的模型在几何形状、材料特性方面贴近真实情况,坏死区的设计能够全面覆盖临床常见的类型,可以满足临床进一步分析的需要。结论:采用螺旋CT扫描资料建立三维有限元模型,几何模拟、材料模拟、更加接近于自然情况,简便、高效,为进一步的分析提供一个理想的平台。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of adult femoral head osteonecrosis by using spiral CT scan dada ,in order to have a foundation of finite element analysis of femoral head osteonecrosis and therapeutics estimation. Methods:Proximal femur in vivo was used as specimen, spiral CT scan data were used to obtain three-dimensional coordinate of proximal femur ,with different parameters of materials were put into ansys8.0 software to set up a three-dimensional finite element model of the proximal femur and later set up a femoral head necrosis model with different size, orientation and depth. Results:The established model shows that both the geometry shape and reduction of material character are ideal, the portion of the necrosis can represent familiar clinical types. Conclusion: It is a simpler, more efficient way to build three-dimensional finite element model of adult femoral head osteonecrosis with spiral CT scan data ,both the geometry shape and material character almost accord with the real situation, and it gives anideal foundation for the further analysis .
