早产儿腋下静脉留置针穿刺的应用及护理

目的:探讨早产儿腋下静脉留置针穿刺的效果及护理。方法:早产儿100例随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组留置针置于患儿腋下静脉,对照组留置针置于患儿四肢静脉,比较两个部位留置时间的长短及静脉炎的发生率。结果:观察组留置时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),静脉炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:早产儿腋下静脉留置针的效果好于四肢静脉留置。

Application and nursing of axillary vein indwelling needle in preterm children

Objective To explore the effect and nursing care of axillary vein indwelling needle in preterm children.Method Total 100 cases of premature children were randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 100 cases.The children in the observation group with axillary vein catheter placed,children in the control group with limb venous catheter placed.The length of retention time and the incidence of phlebitis in the two parts were compared.Results The observation group＇s retention time was longer than the control group （P〈0.05） ,the incidence of phlebitis was lower than the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion The effect of axillary vein catheter is better than the limbs intravenous catheter in preterm children.
