天仙止痛方外敷治疗肝癌疼痛42例

[目的]探讨自拟天仙止痛方外敷治疗肝癌疼痛的疗效。[方法]将82例随机分为对照组40例,治疗组42例,作疗效对比观察。对照组采用内科常规保守治疗,治疗组在内科常规保守治疗的基础上加用自拟天仙止痛方外敷肝区,外敷8～10h/次,每日1次。[结果]两组疗效对比,治疗组加用天仙止痛方外敷,在缓解癌痛方面明显优于对照组。两者差异显著(P<0.01)。[结论]肝癌止痛膏采用"内病外治",除在镇痛方面具有较好疗效外,也避免了内服药物造成的胃肠道反应。

Tianxian Zhitong Fang External Treatment of Pain in 42 Cases of Liver Cancer

[Conclusion] liver pain cream used " within the disease outside the government" , in addition to the analgesic effect with good, but also to avoid the internal drug reaction caused by the gastrointestinal tract.
