论环境损害因果关系判定中流行病学证据的作用

环境污染与环境破坏已成为一个越来越严重的社会问题,由此而生的环境损害诉讼也日益增多。本文根据环境损害的自身特殊性,分析了环境污染所致疾病的因果关系判定的困难性,并从流行病学的角度来探讨环境损害因果关系判定中流行病学证据所起的关键作用,进一步提出了流行病学证据在应用中所应注意的问题,从而有效地保护被害人的合法权益,维护社会稳定。
