| Abstract: | Two brothers with "hippopotamus face" deformities presentedfor corrective surgery under general anaesthesia. In the firstpatient, blind nasal intubation was successful. In the secondpatient, trache otomy was avoided by the use of an intubatingbronchoscope. |
