| 摘 要： | 肿瘤持续性生长和转移需要新生血管的形成,在肿瘤新生血管形成的影响因素中,最有效和特异的因子就是血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),VEGF通过与其受体结合刺激血管内皮细胞增殖和迁移,促进新生血管的生成,VEGF表达对于机体多种肿瘤的生长和转移有着密切的关系。大肠癌的发生、发展、转移及预后与VEGF及其受体介导的血管生成有着密切的关系,文章就VEGF及其受体在大肠癌转移中的作用及抗转移策略进行综述。

| Abstract: | Continuous growth and metastasis of tumor needs the formation of new vessels.Among factors affecting tumor angiogenesis,VEGF is the most effective and specific one,which can stimulate the proliferation and metastasis of vascular endothelial cells and promote the genesis of new vessels by binding with its receptors.The expression of VEGF has close relationship with the growth and metastasis of many tumors.The genesis,development,metastasis and prognosis has close relationship with angiogenesis mediated by VEGF and its receptors.This article reviews the effect of VEGF and its receptor in the metastasis of colorectal cancer and anti-metastasis strategy. |
