ATP负荷试验~(99m)Tc-MIBI心肌显像对冠心病诊断的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨ATP负荷试验99mTc-MIBI心肌显像对冠心病诊断的临床价值。方法对83例确诊或可疑冠心病行ATP负荷试验99mTc-MIBI心肌显像和静息显像,1周后行冠脉造影(SCA)进行研究对照。结果ATP负荷试验99mTc-MIBI心肌显像诊断冠心病敏感性为93.8%(60/64),特异性为84.2%(16/19),符合率为91.5%(76/83);静息心肌显像敏感性为76.6%(49/64),特异性为68.4%(13/19),符合率为74.7%(62/83)。结论ATP负荷试验99mTc-MIBI心肌显像,提高了对冠心病的诊断率,对诊断冠心病具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore diagnostic value of adnosine triphosphate(ATP) stress ~(99m) Tc-MIBI myocardial imaging on coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Eighty-three with final or suspiciouse diagnosis of CHD were performed with ATP stress ~(99m) Tc-MIBI myocardial imaging and resting myocardial imaging.A week later the patients were performed with selective coronary angiography(SCA).Results The sensitivity of adnosine triphosphate stress ~(99m) Tc-MIBI myocardical imaging on diagnosis of CHD was 93.8%(60/64),specificity was 84.2%(10/19),coincidence was 91.5%(76/83).The sensitivity of resting myocardial imaging was 76.6%(49/64),specificity was 68.4%(13/19),coincidence was 74.7%(62/83).Conclusion The ATP stress ~(99m) Tc-MIBI myocardial imaging improves the diagnostic rate of CHD and plays an important role in diagnosing CHD.
