果糖二磷酸钠加丹参注射液治疗突发性耳聋

目的 :观察果糖二磷酸钠 (FDP)加丹参(SM )合用与单用丹参治疗突发性耳聋 (突聋 )的疗效。方法 :78例突聋病人随机分为 2组 ,FDP加丹参组 4 2例 ,用FDP注射液 10 0mL(含FDP 10 g)和丹参注射液 18mL(含丹参 2 7g) ;丹参组 36例 ,用丹参注射液 18mL ,加入氯化钠注射液 30 0mL中。2组均采用静脉滴注 ,qd× 10d。于治疗前后作听功能检查并测定血浆脂质过氧化 (LPO)代谢产物丙二醛水平。结果 :FDP加丹参组与丹参组比较总有效率分别为 91%和 73% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;丙二醛下降值分别为 9nmol·L- 1± 10nmol·L- 1和 4nmol·L- 1± 12nmol·L- 1(P <0 .0 1)。FDP不良反应轻微。结论 :FDP与丹参合用治疗突聋的疗效优于单用丹参

Fructose sodium diphosphate injection plus Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treating sudden deafness

AIM: To compare clinical effects of fructose sodium diphosphate (FDP) and Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) alone or combined infusions in treating sudden deafness(SD). METHODS: Seventy-eight patients with SD were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-two patients(Group Ⅰ) were treated with 100 mL of FDP injection (containing 10 g FDP ) and 18 mL of SM injection (containing 27 g SM ) + 0.9 % sodium chloride injection 250 mL,iv, drip,qd for 10 d . Other thirty-two patients (Group Ⅱ) were treated with 18 mL of SM + 0.9 % sodium chloride injection 250 mL,iv, drip,qd for 10 d . Hearing,plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) level before and after treatment were measured. RESULTS: The total clinical effective rate of group Ⅰ was greater than that of group Ⅱ (91 % vs 73 % , P<0.05). Plasma MDA level in group Ⅰdecreased more markedly than that of group Ⅱ(9 nmol ·L -1±10 nmol·L -1vs 4 nmol·L -1±12 nmol·L -1,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION: The combined therapy with FDP and SM is better than SM alone for patients with SD.
