| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同方案应用血管肽对大鼠颈动脉胶原酶内在剥脱术后肌内膜增殖的作用。方法：ＳＤ大鼠随机分为４组，经不同途径给药。１４ｄ取材测定内膜／中膜面积、厚度比值。结果：静脉组各值小于术前３０ｍｉｎ皮下用药组（ｑ＝５．３７２１，２４．５５５６；Ｐ＜０．０１）。对照与延滞皮下给药组各值无差异（ｑ＝２．２１８０，２．５３７０；Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：静脉给药优于皮下注射法；延滞给药作用消失。提示其抗增殖作用与血管损伤后早期事件有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:The effects of angiopeptin(AP) adminixtered in different ways on myointimal hy-perplasia of rat carotid artery followinkT collagenase endothelial denudation was studied.Methods:SD rats were randomized into 4 groups(n=6).AP was given in indicated ways.Animals were killed on the 14th day.The ratios of intimal to medial areas and intimal to medial thickness for the arteries were measured with the aid of the computer.The q test was used for statistical analysis,Results:Intra-venous administration of AP was more effective than that of suhcutanou injection(q=5.3721,24. 5556;P<0.01).Delaying treatment for l h abrogated the inhibitory effects of AP compared with con-trol group(q=2.2180,2.5370; P>0. 05).Conclusions: Antiprol.feration effect of AP is related to the early events immdiately after vascular tissue iniury. |
