中年急性心肌梗死患者发病特征与院前急救

目的：分析10例院前中年急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料，院前救治方法，对该病的发病特点、发生机理、诊断要点及院前急救中应该注意的事项进行了总结。观察对象：符合WHO关于AMI的研究中规定的诊断标准，年龄40～60岁的中年患者。诊疗方法：根据患者症状、体征、心电图表现特征及病史快速诊断后给予高流量吸氧开通静脉通道。扩冠及对症处理，并配合心理治疗，严密监护下转送医院。结果：10例患者救治后明显好转8例，2例有所好转。结论：中年患者是特殊年龄组，其心肌梗死发病突然，症状重，多有不良病史，且易出现恶性事件。但是并发症少，阻塞血管单一，各脏器功能较好。院前及早进行医疗干预预后良好，可提高此类患者的治愈率及生存质量。

But the complication are few, blocks the blood vessel to be unitary, various internal organs function is good. Pre-hospital medical intervention as soon as possible a good prognosis, such Patients can improve the cure rate and quality of life.
