| 摘 要： | 目的比较频谱心电图（FCG）、静态心电图（ECG）和心电向量图（VCG）检出冠心病不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者阳性率的比较。方法将162例临床诊断为UAP的患者均经冠状动脉造影（CAG）证实存在1支或多支病变,至少1支狭窄≥50%]同时进行FCG、ECG、VCG检查,对检查结果依据各自的诊断标准进行判定,然后进行统计学处理。结果①FCG检出的阳性率较ECG、VCG检出的阳性率高（P<0.01）;②多支病变组FCG阳性率较单支病变组高（P<0.01）;③LVEF<0.50组FCG阳性率较LVEF≥0.50组高（P<0.01）。结论FCG对UAP检出阳性率显著高于ECG和VCG。

| Abstract: | AIM To compare the positive rate of frequency domain cardiogram (FCG),electrodiogram (ECG) and vectorcardiogram (VCG) tests in the unstable angina pectoris (UAP) cases. METHODS FCG,static ECG and VCG tests were performed in 162 cases diagnosed with unstable angina pectoris by coronary angiography. The results were analyzed and compared.
