特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿血清可溶性IL-2受体的变化及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(idopathic thrombcytopenic purpura,IIP)血可溶性白介素-2受体(SⅡ-2R)的变化及临床意义.方法:用化学发光免疫分型法动态检测了48例IIP患者血清可溶性Ⅱ-2受体(SⅡ2R)水平,并与30例正常儿童对照.结果:33例急性IIP血清SIL-2R水平高于正常对照组(P<0.01),15例慢性ITP血清SIL-2R水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)和急性ITP组(P<0.01).经治疗有效的急性和慢性ITP血清SIL-2R水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),而治疗无效者无明显下降(P>0.05).结论:T细胞活化与ITP病情发展有关,血清SIL-2R水平可作为判断ITP预后的一个指标之一.

Abstract:Objective:To study the changes and contribution of SIL-2R to the clinical progress of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods:SIL-2R levels were dynamically determined in the serum of 48 patients with ITP and 30 normal controls with microparticle enzyme chemiluminescent immunoassay.Results:The mean SIL-2R level of 33 acute ITP group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The SIL-2R level of 15 chronic ITP group was significantly higher than that of both the control group and acute ITP group. Furthermore, the serum levels were dramatically lowered in patients responsive to treatment, and those unresponsive patients were not evidently decreased.Conclusion:T cell activation maty play a role in the development of ITP, and further, the level of serum SIL-2R may predict the prognosis of ITP.
