| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨兆科蝮蛇抗栓酶对急性脑梗塞患血液流变学影响。方法 对60例急性脑梗塞患应用兆科蝮蛇抗拴酶治疗前后血液流变学中全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞沉降率、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原5项指标进行检测。结果应用兆科蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗后患血液流变学各项指标均明显改善。结论 兆科蝮蛇抗栓酶对改善血液流变学．治疗急性脑梗塞有积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influences upon patient's blood rheology while Agkistrodon antithrombotic enzyme used in acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction were treated with Agkistrodon antithrombotic enzyme and their whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, ESR, hematocrit and fibrinogen were exmined before and after treatment. Results After patients were treated with Agkistrodon antithrombotic enzyme, every index of the patient's blood rheology was improved obviously. Conclusion Zhaoke Agkistrodon antithrombotic enzyme plays an importment role in improving blood rheology in patient with acute cerebral infarction. |
