| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨舒适护理在早产儿中的应用及疗效观察。方法:随机将早产儿80例分为治疗组45例应用舒适护理,对照组35例按常规护理,观察两组早产儿并发症出现的例数、住院时间及住院费用。结果:治疗组的患儿应用舒适护理后,出现喂养不耐受、硬肿症、呼吸暂停、继发感染及住院天数、住院费用均较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理的应用能减少外界对早产儿的不良环境刺激,满足早产儿生理、心理需求,使早产儿有安全感和舒适感,生活质量也得到提高。从而出现并发症的比例,住院时间及住院费用明显减少,提高了生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of comfort nursing care in premature infants.Methods 80 cases were randomly divided to two group.The curative group was administrated comfort nursing care and the contrast group was administrated routine nursing.We observed the concomitance and the time and expenditure in hospital.Results The cases with concomitance including non-indure in feeding,sclerema neonatorum,apnea and infection,and the time and expenditure in hospital in the curative group distinctly decreased than the contrast group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comfort nursing care in premature infants could reduce the circumstance stimulation,satisfY the physical and psychological requirement,heighten the life quality, The cases with concomitance and the time and expenditure in hospital distinctly decreased. |
