法舒地尔对急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的疗效及对血清CRP的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨Rho激酶抑制剂盐酸法舒地尔治疗急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的效果。方法:选择我院2008年1月~2009年6月的急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,对照组给予丹香冠心注射液、阿司匹林肠溶片,控制血压、他汀降脂等治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔,观察评价两组患者的神经功能缺损改善情况及两组患者治疗前后血清C反应蛋白(Creactive protein,CRP)变化情况。结果:治疗组与对照组神经功能缺损改善及两组血清CRP下降比较,差异均有显著性意义(u=2 052,P〈0.05;t=9.43,P〈0.05)。结论:法舒地尔可用于急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的治疗,安全有效。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Rhokinase inhibitor fasudil in the treatment of acute atheroscierotic cerebral infarction. METHODS: 120 patients with acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: 60 cases in the treatment group received Danxiang Guanxin Injection, Acenterine enteric-coated tablets, hypotensive therapy and statins etc concomitantly, and another 60 in the trial group treated with Rhokinase inhibitor fasudil in addition to the therapy in the control group. The improvement of neurological impairment and blood serum CRP level of the two groups were evaluated. RESULTS: There were significant differences between the trial group and the control group with regard to improvement of neurological impairment and reduction of serum CRP level ( u = 2052, P 〈 0.05 ; t = 9.43, P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Fasudil is safe and effective in the treatment of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
