白细胞介素-2对鼻咽癌放化疗患者红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨提高鼻咽癌放化疗患者红细胞免疫功能的免疫治疗方法。方法将90例中晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为三组,局部组30例(白细胞介素-2局部用药加放化疗),全身组30例(白细胞介素-2静脉滴注加放化疗),常规组30例(化疗加放疗),分别于免疫治疗前后和放化疗后检测红细胞免疫功能。另设30例正常人检测其红细胞免疫功能,以资对照。结果三组病人红细胞的免疫功能均较正常对照组低下(P<0.01);经白细胞介素-2治疗后两组病人红细胞的免疫功能有所提高,并且在放化疗后红细胞的免疫功能较治疗前无明显改变(P>0.05);常规组病人在放化疗后其红细胞免疫功能较治疗前明显低下(P<0.05)。结论 白细胞介素-2治疗对维护和提高鼻咽癌患者红细胞免疫功能有一定作用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of treatment by interleukin - 2 for immune function of RBC in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) during radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Metheds Ninety patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into three groups. Group A was treated by interleukin - 2 , radiotherapy and chemotherapy; Group B by intravenous interleukin - 2, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; Group C by radiotherapy and chemotherapy only. Immune function of RBC was determined by the method of rose circle assay. Results The immune function of RBC was lower in NPC patients than that in normal subjects (P<0.01). After treated by interleukin - 2, the immune function of RBC was improved in group A and group B, and there were no obviously change after followed radiotherapy and chemotherapy (P>0.05). In group C by convention radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the immune function of RBC decreased obviously after radiotherapy and chemotherapy (P < 0.05). Conclusion Our result suggested that the clinical application of interleukin - 2 could improve the immune function of RBC in NPC patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy and it is beneficial to the treatment of NPC patients.
