37例年轻妇女宫颈癌的临床分析与早期诊断

目的 探讨年轻妇女宫颈癌的临床表现与早期诊断.方法 对1996～2006年我院收治的37例＜35岁年轻宫颈癌患者的临床分期、症状、体征进行回顾性分析,并以同期≥35岁宫颈癌106例做对照研究.结果 年轻妇女宫颈癌早期比例高于年长者,临床症状主要为接触性出血、白带异常.而年长者主要为不规则出血、接触性出血.结论 年轻妇女宫颈癌早期比例高,临床表现多样化,应定期筛查,提高其早期诊断率.

Clinical Analysis and Early Diagnosis of 37 Cervical Carcinoma in Young Women

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation and early diagno-sis of cervical carcinoma in young women.Methods Thirty-seven cases of cervical carcinoma who were below 35 years and treated in our hospital from 1996 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively and compared with 106 patients with the same diseasesabove 35 years diagnosed in the same period.Results The proportion of the earlier stage was higher in the younger than the elder.Contact vaginal bleeding and abnormal leucorrhea were the main symptoms in the younger and irregular vaginal bleeding was the main symptom in the elder.Conclusion The symptom of the cervical carcinoma in young women is more likely to be nonclassical and the proportion of the earlier stage is higher.It is important to screen cervical carcinoma in young women and increase the rate of early diagnosis.
