颈交感神经干离断对CCl_4所致大鼠肝损伤肝功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨大鼠颈交感神经干离断后对CCl4所致肝损伤的影响,了解交感神经对肝脏功能的调控机制。方法健康SD大鼠30只随机分为3组:A组正常对照组、B组假手术组、C组右颈交感干离断组,按照文献报道方法加以改进制作颈交感干离断模型。动物模型建立成功后,应用CCl4制作急性肝损伤模型。各组大鼠经不同处理后同一时段处死。检测各项肝功能指标及库伦阵列-高效液相色谱法测定肝组织内NE浓度。结果在CCl4所致肝损伤的情况下,颈交感神经干离断组AST、ALT、TBIL与假手术组比较显著降低(P0.05);Alb、PA较假手术组升高(P0.05)。肝组织内NE浓度较假手术组明显降低(P0.01)。结论大鼠颈交感神经干离断有利于肝脏蛋白的合成、胆红素的代谢、可减轻CCl4所致肝损伤时肝功能损害,可以减轻炎症反应。交感神经活化在炎症早期具有促炎效应。
