| 摘 要： | 笔报道15例行外固定支架固定术患的护理体会，介绍实施术前三观察：观察病情变化、情绪变化、术区皮肤，三指导：指导正确卧位与搬运、个人卫生、平卧位大小便。术后三观察：观察病情变化、针眼渗血情况、外固定架牢固情况，三指导：饮食指导、功能锻炼及出院指导及合理的功能锻炼等护理措施，认为行外固定支架固定术治疗骨盆骨折，病人痛苦小，卧床时间短，护理方便，早期下床活动。

| Abstract: | The author reported in the paper her experience in nursing 15 pelvis fracture patients treated by extra-fixer, pointing out that her nursing measures included three observations: observing changes of conditions, mental changes and the local skin for operation; three instructions: instructions of sleeping position and carrying, individual hygiene and emptying the bowels and urine at clinostatism; postoperative three observation: observations of disease changes, bleeding at needle hole and fixation of extra-fixer; and three instructions: instructions for diet, functional training and discharge. It was suggested that extra-fixer produced less pains, short span of lying in bed and convenience in nursing and early bedside action. |
