| 摘 要： | 目的研究神来片抗疲劳的作用。方法将SPF级昆明种小鼠按体质量随机分为神来片高、中、低剂量组和溶剂对照组,分别以1.5,0.5,0.25 g/kg蒸馏水溶解的神来片粉末和相同体积蒸馏水灌胃,每日灌胃1次,连续30 d后,分别测定小鼠负重游泳时间及肝糖原(LG)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血乳酸(LAC)水平。结果神来片各剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间长于对照组,LG含量高于对照组,而运动后LAC水平低于对照组。结论神来片具有一定的抗疲劳作用。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to study the anti-fatigue function of Shenlai tablet in mice.Methods Kunming mice(SPF) were randomly divided into Shenlai tablet high,middle,low dose group(intragastric administration with 1.5,0.5,0.25 g/kg respectively)and control group(with the same volume water only)according to their body weight.After administration once a day for 30 days,loading swimming time,the content of LAC,LG and serum BUN of the rats were determined respectively.Results Compared with the control group,the loading swimming time was longer,the content of LG was higher and the level of LAC was lower in every different dosage Shenlai tablet group.Conclusion Shenlai tablet has a aiti-fatigue function. |
