| 摘 要： | A18-year-old man was admitted to the hospitalbecause of vomiting,diarrhea and worsening paralysis.The onset of symptoms,vomiting and diarrhea hasbeen sudden for two hours.Shortly after that,general-ized flaccid weakness developed,and he began to havean intense aching pain in the muscles of his legs.AlsoHe was unable to walk without assistance.After onehour and thirty minutes,he was noted with mild short-ness of breath.His mother brought him to the emergen-cy department of this hospital at7pm.…
