经桡动脉径路与股动脉径路行全脑动脉选择性造影的对比研究

目的探讨经桡动脉径路行全脑动脉选择性造影的可行性和安全性。方法全脑动脉选择性造影患者93例，按人路血管不同分为桡动脉组（54例）和股动脉组（39例），对比其穿刺成功率、造影成功率、穿刺时间、手术时间、x线透视时间、术后制动时间及并发症发生率。结果两组穿刺成功率、造影成功率、穿刺时间、手术时间、x线透视时间及并发症发生率均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），桡动脉组术后制动时间短于股动脉组（P〈0．01）。结论经桡动脉径路行全脑动脉选择性造影安全可行，且能显著减少患者术后制动时间。

A comparative study of cerebral angiography via transradial versus transfemoral approaches

Objective To evaluated the feasibility and safety of transradial versus transfemoral approaches in cerebral angiog- raphy. Methods The cerebral angiography was performed in 93 patients and the patients were divided into transradial approach group （ n -- 54） and transfemoral approach group （ n = 39）. The puncture time, the success rate of puncture and procedure, the operation time ,X-ray fluoroscopy time, postoperative braking time and complication rate were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the puncture time, the puncture success rate and procedure success rate, the operation time, the X-ray fluoroscopy time and the complication rate between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. The braking time was significantly shorter in tranradial approach group than that in transfemoral artery group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Transradial approach for cerebral angiography is safe and feasible and can significantly reduce the braking time.
